24-hour Concierge Service

A professional Concierge is always ready to assist you in planning any aspect of your trip.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in starts at 2:00 pm. If you arrive earlier, we’ll store your luggage while you go out and explore. Check-out time is at 11:00 am, though late check-out can be requested.

Airport Transfer

We can arrange private pick-up and drop-off limo service to save you time and money. Going to and from each of the Rome airports (Fiumicino and Ciampino), we offer the assistance of a personal and professional chauffeur.

Porterage Service

Our porters will take care of your luggage between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm.

Housekeeping

Our staff will organize your room between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. Please contact our front desk to make accommodations for any special needs.

Laundry Service

Upon request, we will be happy to collect and deliver your clothes for dry cleaning.

Room Service

Take advantage of the pleasure and convenience of having your breakfast or a snack in the privacy of your guest room between 7:00 am and 11:30 pm.

Air Conditioning & Heating

All guest rooms are equipped with air conditioning and heating, controlled by individual thermostats, so you can set the temperature according to your comfort level.
